1. Acceptance of the terms

4. Charges, acceptable use, and intellectual property rights

Fees, if any, are shown at purchase. You must not misuse the Services (including unlawful content, malware, scraping without consent, bypassing security, or reverse engineering except where permitted by law). All Platform content and marks remain our property or that of our licensors; you receive a limited, revocable license to use them as offered.

5. Disclaimers and liability limits

To the maximum extent allowed under United States law, the Services are offered on an as-is basis with no warranties of any kind. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages and, where allowed, limit our total liability to the higher of 410 RM or the amounts you paid us during the three months before the claim. Nothing here removes any non-waivable consumer rights.

You agree to protect us from claims resulting from your use of the Services or any breach of these Terms. We may suspend or end access for violations, risk, or legal reasons. Sections that remain in effect include liability limits, indemnity, and dispute resolution.
